Shipping Policy:

Shipments for the continental USA are shipped via Fedex or UPS ground service.
A signature is required, so please make sure that somebody is available to sign for the package, or else please leave a note for Fedex to deliver without a signature.
We do not ship Internationally or to Canada.
We usually ship within 2-3 business days from receipt of order. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your goods. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska can also be sent via USPS (Priority Mail)

Return Policy:

Products purchased on our website are non-refundable. Note that products are sold as supplements only, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
We offer a 60 day exchange guarantee from the date of purchase for any DEFECTIVE product.

Defective product returns require a return authorization number (RMA) - returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice plus an RMA number, which can be obtained by simply completing the CONTACT US form or calling 1-888-711 3132. Please include your name, date of purchase, name of product being returned, and reason for return.
